Thank you for shopping with Shikara's Collection's. We specialize in sarees and strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Damaged saree received
• Incorrect product delivered
• Missing items in the package

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or worn sarees
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
• Products purchased on discount or sale (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order details and proof. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Policy

After successful return verification, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Payments made via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) will be refunded back to the original payment method.
• For manual payments (bank transfer/UPI), refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

7. Important Notes

Shikara's Collection's reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
